Fairfield Trust is a local charity (charity number: 273924) based in Wiltshire, providing training and employment opportunities for young people with learning and physical disabilities. The charity was established over 45 years ago to work with young people with additional needs. The charity is based in Dilton Marsh but works across Wiltshire and the surrounding areas.
The passionate team are devoted to helping young adults with additional needs achieve their full potential. Through various learning facilities and a vast network of work experience partners, young adults with learning disabilities are able to harness new skills with the aim of empowering them to gain future employment.
Fairfield Trust also offers a range of services to those who are looking to take their steps into independent living, with services provided by Fairfield Trust’s Young People’s Services. From the popular Social Club through to the Living Well Service, Fairfield Trust are finding new and innovative ways in which we can help young adults with learning disabilities live their best life.
Fairfield’s Young People’s Services offers a young disabled adults within the community a range of facilities and services to help the live their best lives. From Independent Living Programmes to Respite Breaks, there are a variety of ways we can help.
Fairfield Farm College is a specialist college for students with learning disabilities. The college offers a range of vocational learning facilities, giving opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities to harness new skills with the aim of empowering them to gain future employment.
The Weavers is a newly refurbished pub, developed by Fairfield Trust to offer a realistic training environment for Hospitality students at Fairfield College. Set in the village of Dilton Marsh, The Weavers is the perfect place to meet friends and family for lunch or dinner.
Fairfield Animal Centre provides a variety of opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities to train and learn new skills. From serving in the Café to helping look after our variety of animals, Trainees get involved with all aspects of the running of Fairfield Animal Centre.
